Cancellation of Orders

Many items available on pleasingpick.com are not covered under the return policy. For more information, please contact the company's support team.

The item customers is purchasing from pleasingpick.com are requested to make a video while unboxing the original packaging of the delivered items. This video may be useful for the return and exchange of your items.

You may cancel your order within 2-3 days of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at support@pleasingpick.com.

Refund Process

Upon cancellation or return of an eligible item, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  3. Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns within 2-3 days of delivery. However, please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
